Most dungeons have a NPC that offers a daily dungeon quest.
Killing certain monsters inside mainland dungeons give positive alignment.

Located east of Copperdale this dungeon has a daily quest to eliminate 30 Spiders, which is unlocked after completing the introductory quest to eliminate 3 Spiders, it rewards 3500 Gold plus a random reward. This random dungeon reward can contain 110 stat Elixirs amongst other things
