Differences and changes made from DFO

(Section for highlighting the MAIN differences between DFO/ROA - focusing on the QOL changes, additional content, major changes etc. The page would be endless if everything was input here I'm sure, hence the need to focus on the driving points and areas that has appear. Personally think the notes should be written in the sense of the 64 bit and upcoming steam release - as a few bits will be changed between now and then (such as stances etc).)
