| Homes can be found mostly in villages, but some are scattered throughout Agon. Players can either "build" a home on an existing base or "purchase" a vacant home. The deed process is the same for either option.

| Each home can bind one owner and one or more guests. Each player can only be bound to a single home, regardless of whether they are an owner or guest. Some homes have the option of adding guest binds by building guest room furniture.

| Deeds are crafted using multiple crafting professions. Each type of deed requires one deed draft and one deed seal plus a number of housing modules and building permits. You do not need to be at a crafting station, you may craft all required items from the crafting window in GUI mode.

| It is highly advisable to build a door and install it as soon as you gain ownership of your home. This will keep other players out; however, it is possible for them to break your door to gain access to your home.

| Tax must be paid at least once a month. Owner or guest(s) may pay the taxes when they are due.

| Each home has a flag indicating tax payment status. If the flag is green, taxes have been paid. If the flag is red, taxes are due. To pay tax, press Secondary Use (typically G) on a wall.
