Sale Orders
This is what people have put up for sale.
Beware: The price is per unit.
Buy Orders
This is orders people have put up for buying a certain item.
Again, prices are per unit.
Filters
In Text filter and Other Filters you can narrow down what you are looking for
Overview
Right-clicking on an item for sale or buy-order gives option to get overview.
That will show you all listings both sell and buy for that item.

To buy something, select it, click Buy Selected button in Buy Order window, and then enter how many you want to buy.
Create buy order
Select something, then click Create Buy Order button.
Or drag an item into buy order window from your backpack.
Selling something
Drag the stack or item from your backpack into Sale Order window.
Management tab
Here you can see your current Buy and Sale orders, and adjust them for a fee.
Receiving tab
Here you can collect gold from sales, or items from buy orders.
