Where to get them
Vendors
Vendors like merchant sells tools except repair tools.
Crafting
Attachable tools can be crafted and have greater durability than vendor tools.
Blessed tools
The RoA store sells blessed tools. They cannot break, they do not drop when dying and they are tradable.
