Azhi Dahaka

Ashaka

Ashaka is a fire goddess, worshiped by the Orks, who appears in the shape of a giant Fire Dragon. Her followers, called the Dragonbound, are a violent and loyal cult who will do anything for her. Ashaka is found as the Dragonbound's primary symbol.

Auros

Auros is the sun god of the Humans of Mercia. Religious Mercians see themselves as descendants of Auros, and thus are often prejudiced towards the 'lesser' races. The enemy of Auros' followers is Malaut and his Church of Malaut, who encourage corruption and self-interest rather than purity and chivalry.

Malaut

Malaut, the Demon Prince of Greed, is a demigod has made it his life's work to corrupt the inhabitants of Mercia, Agon's most powerful Human kingdom. His cult is spreading quickly through that land, with a steady flow of knights and nobles being lured into decadence by the machinations of the Below, Malaut's faithful servitor race.

Beyond mortal lands, the Prince commands the allegiance of many powerful demons that dwell with him in his home dimension, called the Shadelands. One of these Demon Lords is Baron Sanglac, who serves as Malaut's messenger to the highest echelons of his priesthood in Mercia, bringing new orders, occasional aid, rewards and punishment.

Myrthai and Lorathai

Myrthai and Lorathai were legendary elven heroes who perished on a quest to find the home dimension of the demons who wreak occasional havoc on Agon. It is claimed that they successfully located the dimension, but were slain by some terrible gate guardian.

Slowly abandoning the worship of three older Usurper Gods, who had a tendency to bicker and fight among themselves, the Mirdain turn to Myrthai and Lorathai, who reawake as gods. In time, the hero-couple becomes completely dominant, and the older gods are forgotten by all but a few.

Melechai / Melek

Melechai was son of Myrthai and Lorathai. Adored by Mirdain until he stole a circlet from Myrthai his mother, and became Melek. He used the circlet to create the race Alfar from some captive Mirdain.

Alfar is fiercely loyal to Melek, their god-king.

Ymir

God of the dwarves that taught them runecasting and magesmithing.

The Goddess

The creator of everything.

Usurper Gods

An alliance of mortals that killed The Goddess and rose to become gods. Mirdain worshipped them before Myrthai and Lorathai became gods.
